Quick checks

Before sending a report.

These solve the most common problems without exposing any private details.

  1. A shared confirmation did not appearOpen Voyari and look in the Inbox. Share one item at a time: a web page, selected text, a PDF or an image. Files over 50 MB are refused.
  2. A flight's times look wrongCheck the time zone at each end. Choosing an airport sets it for you. An arrival worked out from time in the air is marked as an estimate, so check it against your booking.
  3. An attachment will not openAttachments are PDFs and images up to 50 MB, kept on the device. If Voyari says the file is not on this device, it was removed outside the app; attach it again from the original.
  4. Something was deleted by mistakeTrips and items wait in Recently Deleted for 30 days, with their checklists and attachments. On a Mac, Undo brings back the last change.
  5. Premium is missingUse Restore Purchases in Settings while signed in to the Apple Account that bought it, or one in the same Family Sharing group.
